Ben Guillon is Associate General Counsel and has been in the legal industry since 2018. Prior to joining Prospect, Ben worked at international law firms in New York and Paris, primarily Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP within its Capital Markets group in New York, where he represented issuers and financial institutions on a wide variety of public and private capital markets transactions. Ben also advised on governance, general corporate and securities law matters.

Ben received a dual BA from Sciences Po and Columbia University, a Master’s Degree in Business Law from Sciences Po Law School and an LLM from Columbia Law School.
