Joa Ladwig is a Software Engineer and member of the CLO team with a focus on automation and data analytics. Prior to joining Prospect, he was a software engineer at Piermont Bank, where he led a team in developing an embedded banking platform.

Joa received his BS from University of Colorado Denver.
