Nicolas Guzman is an Operating Director on the Portfolio Optimization team and drives performance improvements and turnaround initiatives across Prospect’s portfolio companies. Since 2011, Nicolas has held operating and consulting roles and has experience leading at-scale transformation programs.

Prior to joining Prospect, Nicolas was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he partnered with Fortune 500 and private equity-backed businesses to accelerate growth and execute turnaround initiatives across industries. Before McKinsey, Nicolas worked at McMaster-Carr, an industrial supply company, where he held various leadership positions in Sales and Operations.

Nicolas received his BA from Amherst College and his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
